Philip Su is an engineering leader with experience at Microsoft, Facebook (Meta), and OpenAI.
Philip joined Microsoft in 1998 and was rapidly promoted to Principal Group Manager. He joined Facebook in 2010 as one of the first engineers in the Seattle office. He became the Director of Engineering of the Facebook London office and famously bought the entire company (20,000+ employees) free coffee on his last day.
After leaving Meta, he became a warehouse worker ("Fulfillment Center Associate") at Amazon, and documented his experience in a podcast called Peak Salvation: • Ep. 1: Prelude to Peak Salvation
