Delta Energy Storage Solution Helps Taipower to Stabilize Kinmen’s Independent Grid

Delta's energy storage solution was successfully introduced at Taipower's Kinmen Xiaxing Power Plant, which is currently the largest energy storage system owned by Taipower. Delta’s role in completing the system covered all aspects from planning, and manufacturing to construction and on-site testing. This now provides a new power dispatching tool for Taipower's grid. In daily operations, the system regulates the frequency of the power grid and renewable energy, thereby improving power supply stability. In the event that a temporary backup emergency power supply is needed, the system can provide instantaneous power within only 200 ms.
