盡量用下半身扭臀的動力,兩手跟著身體轉動,順著水面,右手基本不往下打,會更流暢穩定, 當然翻滾個人差異很大,我的方法不見得都能適用。 另外仔細看我的頭如果能再慢一點起來會更好。Utilize the power of your lower body and hips to twist, allowing your arms to follow the rotation of your body. Keep the paddle close to the water's surface, and avoid pressing down with your right hand. For me, this results in a smoother and more stable movement. Work in progress: It would be better if I could raise my head a bit slower.
