Best Exercise for Plantar Fasciitis | Plantar Fasciitis | reliefexercises |#foot #heelpain #footpain

Plantar Fasciitis ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ ✅ This Post focuses on exercises one can perform as a Prehab routine for plantar fasciitis. 💥Plantar Fasciitis is inflammation of the fibrous band on the bottom of the foot that connects the heel to the toes. 🌉 This fibrous connective band of tissue is similar to the suspension ropes on a bridge; it connects both regions of the foot while also providing support and gives the foot its natural arch. ⚠️ In many cases, plantar fasciitis is most intense at the bottom of the heel but can also extend into the arch. ➡️ Lack of Dorsiflexion, Tightness in the Calves, Excess Foot Pronation, limited big toe extension, & increased BMI have all been associated with the potential development of Plantar Fasciitis. * As a result, these exercises also focus on strengthening the foot’s natural arch. 📝 Self Myofascial Release (SMR) and stretching of the calves can be beneficial in alleviating plantar fasciitis symptoms due to tight calves limiting dorsiflexion (ability to point the toes up to sky). * For the calf (soleus) stretch, focus on pinning down the heel of the elevated front foot as you move your knee forward. *For the 1st exercise (PVC walks) which is self-Myofascial release, another regression to decrease the intensity is to simply roll the pvc pipe back-in-forth in a seated or standing position. #foot #plantarfascia #plantarfasciatis #prehab101 #corrective #correctivework #preventative #sweat #foot #heelpain #heelpainrelief #footpain
