材料:半只鸡,5个洋葱,6个姜片,7瓣大蒜,1个桂皮,3个小豆蔻,2个八角,1个斑斓叶
1)鸡肉加入一茶匙盐,半勺黄姜粉腌制十分钟
2)3个洋葱切片备用
3)2个洋葱,6个姜片,7瓣大蒜放入搅碎机里,在加入少许清水搅碎
4)热锅倒入多一点油,油热后放入切片的洋葱用中小火慢炸至金黄色
5)锅中留下的油,一个一个放入腌制好的鸡肉,中火炸至微焦变成金黄色
6)锅中留下少许油,放入桂皮,小豆蔻,八角,斑斓叶爆香,放入搅好的材料翻炒至变香,加入三勺咖喱粉,一勺辣椒粉,半勺小茴香粉,小半碗清水,继续翻炒均匀,炒至出油,在加入一勺蚝油,两勺辣椒酱,两勺番茄酱,一茶匙盐,继续翻炒,放入炸好的炸鸡和洋葱,翻炒均匀就可以出锅啦
