This is a beginner core workout. If you are new to lifting and have a week core then this will help to strengthen it. It will NOT give you abs if you are too fat to have abs. You’re better off doing more cardio for abs. Do these exercises for time and focus on doing each individual repetition as good as you can. Do not worry about the number of reps completed.
