The Nordic clinker boat is a symbol of our common coastal heritage. These small, open, wooden boats have been used for fishing and transportation for over a thousand years in Sweden, Denmark, Finland , Åland, Norway, Iceland, and the Faroe Islands.

Today, clinker boats are primarily used in traditional festivities, regattas, and sporting events. In fact, this boat building tradition is so unique that it has been recognised as UNESCO Cultural Heritage of Humanity. 🌏⛵️
