Ignorance is the cause
Of woes, illusions and worries
Greed, wrath,
Pride, dilemma,
Envy and fear
Are caused due to ignorance
The illusionary world is paradoxical
It consists of two extremes
Take the middle path
Like a comet
Don't deprive yourself
But don't overindulge either
Strike a balance, that's the key
Once you understand the dual nature of the illusionary world
You get rid of all your woes and worries
Then we have love and acceptance for everyone
Both are the same thing
After attaining this knowledge, we don't despise anyone
We don't even hate those who are cruel to us
On the contrary,
We try to change such a person
Through practical solutions
When you attain wisdom,
Compassion is the only emotion you feel

無明而有苦
誤解 憂慮
貪婪 瞋恨
驕傲 妄想
嫉妒 恐懼
都是源於無明
幻象 則與之相反
此仍兩性
守持中道
不偏不倚如北斗星
不餓已身
亦不耽於慾望
專注中道
如果認識到邪惡只是摩耶現象
那一切煩惱自然熄滅
我們便能體會愛與包容
這兩種感覺本質相同
有如此感受 再無怨恨
即使殘忍對待我們的人
也能試圖理解
當智慧之門開啟
只有寬容常伴
當你獲得智慧時
慈悲是你唯一感受到的情感
