Welcome to Day 2 of our 30 Days 30 German Verbs Challenge!
Today’s verb is one you’ll use all the time while talking about travel.
“fahren” = to travel / to drive 🚌🚗
Let’s make sure you’re conjugating it correctly in all forms:
→ Ich fahre – I travel/drive
→ Du fährst – You travel/drive
→ Er/Sie/Es fährt – He/She/It travels/drives
→ Wir fahren – We travel/drive
→ Ihr fahrt – You all travel/drive
→ Sie/sie fahren – You formal / They travel/drive
Example: Ich fahre nach Deutschland.
(I am travelling to Germany.)
See that vowel change in “fährst” and “fährt”? That’s what makes this verb a little tricky, but you’ve got this!
