AWS vs Azure - Deploy and run ASP.NET Core 3.1 Web App to both Azure and AWS

A comparison between deploying and running ASP.NET Core 3.1 from Visual Studio. I use Visual Studio Code for deploying to Azure but had to use Visual Studio Community 2019 Edition to deploy to Amazon AWS Elastic Beanstalk.
