Getting Started Teaching Web Design and Development

This workshop will help teachers learn more about the CodeHS Web Design course with an overview of the course and modules. Teachers will experience lessons from the student’s perspective and have time for reflection and discussion on teaching strategies specific to the Web Design course topics.
In the second half, teachers will learn the essentials of web development education, from HTML and CSS basics to JavaScript and beyond, and how to effectively integrate these skills into their curriculum.
