Everything you need to know about Metaverse

Over the past few months there have been many talks about the metaverse and web 3.0 but what would it look like. Some say it’s about having a completely decentralized internet based on the blockchain technology similar to how bitcoin or Ethereum work. Others say that it would be about having a complete virtual world that is open to join 24/7 where you could play games, meet up with friends and even start a business, or it could include both. No matter where it all goes the way that we’ll interact with the web is about to change dramatically.
On the 28th October Facebook has announced a complete rebrand after a lot bad publicity changing their name to Meta. This was to outline their new focus which would be building the metaverse. Many companies would soon follow with Nvidia, Activision, EA and a bunch of others announcing their projects around Metaverse. But what exactly is the metaverse?
