How to create DIMENSIONSTYLE and use in other drawing in AutoCAD?


Solution:

By the help of DIMSTYLE command you can create new, activate and modify the dimension styles.


The created dimensionstyles are saved within the drawing.


If you open a new drawing, then it shows only default dimension styles.


If you want to use the same dimension style in new drawing also then it can be achieved by two ways.
1. Through Design center.

2. Through Clipboard copy.


The Clipboard copy is the easiest way to use the dimensionstyles in other drawings.
