👀 Exhibition Review! ! !
DUCO robots (Booth No. 3D01-03) made a grand appearance at ITAP 2024, which was held at Singapore Expo Centre from 14th to 16th October 2024, with a wide range of industrial automation applications, such as welding workstations, palletising workstations and mobile collaborative robots, which attracted a lot of attention and reports from overseas exhibitors and media.
At the exhibition, DUCO robots, together with its local partners, explored the technological potential and market dynamics of the Southeast Asian region, analysed the specific needs of customers, and prepared a series of demonstrations of applications that are highly relevant to the needs of the local market, covering a wide range of fields, from automated welding technology to automated palletising systems, as well as automated handling and mobile loading and unloading. These demonstrations aim to provide local enterprises with optimal automation upgrading and transformation solutions to help them achieve a leap in production efficiency.
For the needs of the consumer goods industry, such as food and beverage, DUCO robots have introduced a palletising workstation and its accompanying palletising process software package, which can be easily deployed in less than an hour. This innovative solution effectively addresses many of the challenges faced by traditional manual palletising, such as inefficiency, high labour intensity, long cycle times, high turnover, occupational illnesses during long periods of time, safety hazards associated with stacking heights, disorganised materials and limited number of stacks. By introducing Doktor's palletising solutions, consumer goods companies such as food and beverage companies are able to significantly improve productivity and reduce operating costs, while ensuring operational safety and optimising material management.
For the welding field, DUCO Robots has created a one-stop welding workstation that revolutionises the welding process. The highlight is the Teach-Free system , which makes the originally complex programming and teaching process intuitive and simple. In addition, the workstation is equipped with a variety of built-in welding process packages to meet the welding needs of different fields and materials. It can easily realise a variety of welding tasks such as spot welding, fillet welding, pendulum welding, reciprocating welding, stack welding, multi-layer multi-pass welding, etc., which greatly enhances the flexibility and adaptability of welding.
In this Singapore exhibition, DUCO robots also brought an automatic material handling system - DUCO Mobile Collaborative Robot. It integrates self-developed mobile platform and collaborative robots, and can be equipped with self-developed vision and fixtures and other actuators to achieve the material handling, assembly, testing and precision machining, etc. DUCO mobile collaborative robots have a full range of safety protection, a variety of interaction and communication methods and can be well connected to the customer's system. We also provide customised solutions, customised scheduling systems, on-site guidance and comprehensive after-sales service.
