How to switch system and game languages on PS2. (AetherSX2, read description.)

Many people who doesn't understand English language.

So, here's how to switch the system & game language on PS2 but it's AetherSX2.

Only PS2 has 7 languages. (NTSC region):
English (default)
French
Spanish
German
Italian
Dutch
Portuguese

In Japanese version, PS2 has 2 languages in early version:
Japanese
English

NOTE:
Proof that in The Warriors is actually set to Spanish language.
However, I reverted back to English.
This version is only uses for NTSC U/C on PS2 for switching languages. (In PAL version is only able by doing to change language at game options instead on PS2's menu like example you have an GTA: Vice City - Europe (PAL) version.)
