■Ingredients (Serves 4 (5.5 cup rice cooker))
・2 cups of rice (absorbed)
・150g minced pork
・1 long green onion (165g)
・Appropriate amount of water
・1 tablespoon sesame oil
For seasoning meat
・Salt and pepper
☆Seasonings
・1/2 teaspoon chicken stock powder
・1 teaspoon salt
・A little pepper
・1 teaspoon grated garlic
■Procedure
(1) Cut off the root of the green onion and cut into small pieces, then separate the white and green parts.
(2) Sprinkle the pork with salt and pepper.
(3) Put the rice, ☆, and water in the inner pot of the rice cooker until it is 2-3 mm below the 2 cup mark, mix well and flatten the rice. (・Because rice tends to have a core, be sure to use rice that has been soaked in water to avoid this.
・Because you are using rice that has already absorbed water, add water approximately 2-3 mm below the 2 cups mark.)
(4) Place the pork and white parts of the green onions from step 2 on top and spread out, then cook as normal. (If the pork is large, tear it into bite-sized pieces before adding.)
(5) Once cooked, add the green parts of the green onions, add sesame oil and mix in a cutting motion. (Sprinkle pepper or roasted sesame seeds to taste before serving.)
