The session lasted just under three hours, but it was full of practical ideas, inspiring stories, and hands-on experiences:

🛍️ Mr. Tony William Kongsombat from The Mall Group showed how AI is creating better shopping experiences. He shared how smart kiosks and loyalty apps are helping personalize customer journeys.

Behind the scenes, AI is also helping teams save time by automating routine tasks. They're even exploring virtual try-ons and multilingual chatbots for international shoppers.

🏦 Mr. Daniel L. from DZH International talked about how finance companies are using AI to improve security and service. AI is helping detect fraud, manage risk, and support customers with smart tools

One great example was from DBS Bank, which trained over 13,000 employees and launched more than 350 AI projects. That work has already saved time and money.

🏭 Mr. David Ho, Head of Technology Consulting at TECHVIFY, shared a step-by-step framework for AI success. He talked about getting leadership support, building scalable systems, and choosing the right use cases.

He also showed how TECHVIFY’s tools work across industries, supporting everything from chatbots to automated document processing.

🧪 We also set up a live AI demo landing page where guests could try things for themselves. With a quick QR code scan, they tested:

AI agents that work across channels
Smart product recommenders
A virtual call center assistant

This gave everyone a chance to move from theory to action. It was simple, fun, and eye-opening.
