US President Trump addresses Joint Session of Congress

United States President Donald delivered remarks before a joint session of Congress Tuesday evening, where he praised the steps is administration has taken in his second term, and efforts to cut back federal agencies and civil service, as well as impoing tariffs on Canda and Mexico, among others.
