Jaffar Almusaad: interestingly, I think it is the other way round. You could use innovation to cut costs, but you shouldn’t be cutting costs by eliminating innovation. So, when you introduce innovative #solutions think of the inventory control #AI-based inventory production. A company invests to have this solution developed for them, but they are actually cutting unnecessary costs in their inventory, for example excess inventory is a loss and it does not contribute towards the business. So, yes, you need to invest in order to save-that’s how innovation is and not the other way around. Some companies cut #innovation to cut costs and I think that is the wrong way to do it.
