Invasion Modelling Part 2 features simulations with a 40X10 cell lattice (10 layers of 40 cells each, out of which 80 cells are labelled in red) to mimic Hildur's setup.
No force and differential adhesion. Please note that this video alone comprises of frames captured every 5 Monte Carlo Steps (MCS) instead of the usual 10 MCS. We can clearly see that cell division starts at the top layer and propagates downwards. This behaviour should be investigated further.
