In order to build your confidence in your language studies, you have to build your trust in yourself.

This means committing to what you're going to do by actually doing it.

Because when you see your decisions through, and you stick to them, you begin to trust in your ability to do that in the future.

...because you have PROOF that you'll do what you say you will!

So if you feel like you're not confident enough right now, at the stage you're in, I want you to do two things:

First, ask yourself what is the core reason you're not feeling confident.

1️⃣ Is it because you feel you lack support or feedback?

👉If so, find a community that can provide that for you!

2️⃣ Is it because you feel you lack practice or skill?

👉 If so, decide on the next step you need to take, something that is so easy it is almost impossible to fail, and do that.

Whatever it takes to get the practice in and build the skill you're trying to build. Keep it simple.

3️⃣ Or is it because you feel you lack information or resources?

👉 If this is the case, you need to ask for help or do some research (and I break down my exact strategy for this in my newest guide!)

Second, declare your next step, and follow it through.
