・1 egg yolk
・Scallion (chopped) (as needed)
☆Seasonings
・1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
・1 teaspoon soy sauce
・1 teaspoon sugar
・1 tablespoon sesame oil
・1/2 teaspoon grated garlic
■Procedure
(1) Place the udon in a heat-resistant container, cover it loosely with plastic wrap, and heat it in the microwave for the time indicated on the package.
