Rise Incorporated works to find meaningful employment and customized solutions for people with disabilities and other challenges throughout Minnesota.

At The Airtex Group, Rise participant Nadia has been responsible for a growth in team performance and cohesion. A native of Russia, Nadia came to the United States and has prospered at the Minneapolis-based textiles manufacturer. Nadia, who is Deaf, owned a tailoring business in Russia before emigrating to the U.S.
