Sort Name By Word Count | Unique way of sorting Name

Hello Friends,
You would have use sort function in many ways like sort by value , Alphabetically and by other criteria.. but do you know how to sort name by its word count. in this video you would learn the same this is very unique way of sorting with the help of LEN & SUBSITUTE function.
