How To Flush DNS Cache On Windows

If your website is cached and opening it in an incognito windows shows the correct version of your webpage, you may need to clear your local dns cache.

On windows:

1) Open command prompt by holding down the windows key and pressing r at the same time. Type cmd.exe and press enter.
2) Type ipconfig /flushdns and hit enter

This should be the same across windows versions.
