"Salted Yakisoba with Cabbage and Pork Belly"
■Ingredients (serves 2)
・2 packets of steamed Chinese noodles
・120g thinly sliced pork belly
・1/4 cabbage
・1/4 carrot
・1 clove garlic
・1 teaspoon sesame oil
・1 tablespoon sake
☆Seasonings
・1/2 teaspoon chicken stock powder
・1/2 teaspoon salt
・A little pepper
■Procedure
(1) Cut the cabbage into bite-sized pieces. Slice the carrot into thin strips. Slice the garlic thinly. (Remove the garlic core.)
(2) Cut the pork into bite-sized pieces.
(3) Heat sesame oil in a frying pan, add the garlic and pork, and fry over medium heat.
(4) Once the meat is cooked, add the cabbage and carrots and stir fry until the oil is evenly distributed. Add the steamed Chinese noodles and sake, cover and steam for about 2 minutes.
(5) Loosen the noodles, add ☆ and stir fry.
