Umaabot sa 1,500 birth certificates na inisyu sa Chinese nationals at ilan pang dayuhan sa Davao del Sur ang nakitaan umano ng iregularidad.

Sa imbestigasyon ng mga awtoridad, halos pare-pareho umano ang nakalagay na impormasyon sa mga palsipikadong dokumento na ginagamit ng mga banyaga para magpakilalang mga Pilipino.
