Keynote: Digital Resilience for Today and Tomorrow

As we collectively work to make high quality computer science experience an integral part of young people's education lives, we must also empower them to be digital resilient members of our ever-changing world. Our work in our CS courses should not only be about creating better or more computer scientists, we need to also help create engaged, empowered, and thoughtful leaders who are ready and willing to take on the challenges such as misinformation, bias, and security. Challenges in our world are innumerable but we have the responsibility and opportunity to help prepare students become digitally resilient and help create a more inclusive world for all. A look at classroom practice from diverse set of teachers are doing this very work will aim to help attendees take ideas from this talk and implement them in their own work with students.
