Let's dive right in and try out Kotlin using the online editor on try.kotlinlang.org - this is a great little playground to try out small Kotlin code snippets and to get to know some of the language features and syntax.

The Kotlin website also offers the so-called Kotlin Koans, a collection of small programming tasks to make you familiar with Kotlin. They start out really simple and increase in difficulty, each introducing you to a new language concept. If you want to jump right ahead, you can take a look at the Koans as well. Otherwise, you may want to use them in parallel with the full course.
