first time we see Helly's outie Helena she grasps at her neck It hasn't been long since her innie tried to commit suicide by hanging and her outburst at the Friends of Lumon gala is another way her innie tried to sabotage her Her father and current head of Lumon Jame Egan chastises her saying Fettid Moppet which basically is another word for stinky child He gazes upon her almost inspecting to make sure she's the real Helena This is a different side of Jame than the one we saw in the season finale The loving and caring father who looked at his daughter with pride is now slinging insults I get the sense he's the overbearing father who only expresses his love when you've done something good for the company hence why Helena goes to such extreme lengths to earn his affection Helena's innie has become a real liability and there's a compelling theory out there that the Helly we saw in episode 201 is actually Helena undercover Look how she fumbles to find the on switch of her computer when she's been working there for weeks or how she lies about what she saw in the real world stating that she talked to a night gardener A gardener There's the awkward hug she gives to Mark after getting off the elevator when just 39 minutes ago they had kissed Not to mention she comes out relatively calm and composed when her innie had just been fired up exposing Lumon in front of the crowd This episode further proves this theory to be true Helena is seen watching security camera footage which may explain why in episode 201 she is unusually aware of the Lumon surveillance methods like knowing there are no microphones in the break room and inspecting the missing camera in the office Wait what happened to the security camera When Mr Drummond who seems to be some sort of fixer for the Eagans tells Seth that the board will give Helly back Helena gives him this look almost as if the 2 have already talked about her going down there as herself Another fun fact is the name of Helena's file at the end of episode 201 Santa Mira which happens to be the setting of the film Invasion of the Body Snatchers
