Speaking to over 200+ women entrepreneurs from the Goldman Sachs 10K Women Program at NSRCEL was an incredible experience. The theme of the program is “Growth & Scale”, and I talked about “How to Grow and Scale Yourself”.

It is frequently the case that the biggest obstacle to an organisation or startup’s growth and success is the limitations of its leader/ CEO/ Founder. This explains the phrase “the neck of the bottle is always at the top”. So, if you are a founder or team leader, it is critical to learn how to grow and scale yourself so you don’t become an obstacle.
