[Really delicious stir-fried Chinese cabbage]
Chinese cabbage　1/8 head 300g
Ginger　5g
Pork belly　150g
Salt and pepper　to taste
Lard　1 tablespoon
Salt　1/2 teaspoon
Ajinomoto　6 shakes
Potato starch　Less than 1 teaspoon
Black pepper　to taste
★Rainy chili oil for flavor

300g Chinese cabbage, cut into thin slices, core Separate the core and the leaves, put only the core in a container, add 1 tablespoon of lard, wrap, and microwave at 600w for 1 minute 30 seconds. Mix in 1/2 teaspoon of salt, 6 shakes of Ajinomoto, and just under 1 teaspoon of potato starch.
Stir-fry 150g of pork belly seasoned with salt and pepper, add 5g of ginger, the core of the cabbage, and the leaves of the cabbage, stir-fry, and finish with black pepper, and chili oil to taste.
