Il documentario racconta la storia di "Cilizzio", un pastore che ha un gregge di circa 150 pecore. Con il latte che ottiene dalle pecore, egli produce piccole quantita' di formaggio e carne. Egli si dedica anche al taglio degli alberi per la vendita della legna. Cilizzio ha una moglie, Angela, e due figli. Qualche volta lo aiuta un amico, Gianni. Attraverso la sua semplice vita, noi scopriamo la bellezza della natura e l'importanza delle vecchie tradizioni.

This documentary tells the story of "Cilizzio", a sheperd that has around 150 sheep. With the milk that he get, he produces a small amount of cheese and meat. He also cuts the trees and sell the wood. Cilizzio has a wife, Angela and two kids. GIanni is a man that sometimes helps him. Through the simple life he does, we understand the beauty of the nature and the importance of old traditions.
