Reply to an external chat using the Rake messaging application

When a website visitor begins a chat with your organization you can easily respond and begin a conversation. You can share attachments, appointment links and identify the visitor. The Rake workspace is omnichannel ready and accepts messages from website chat widgets provided by Rake and Facebook Messenger and SMS (text) messages and Google My Business / Google Maps and custom integrations like BirdieBug and more.
The respond functionality is available in both desktop and mobile orientations and allows for multiple chats to be managed by one or more people, simultaneously. Rake records a transcript for each chat which is available by email or PDF download.
