A brief introduction overview of the dotnet cli

I briefly use the dotnet cli to make some stuff do some things.

We look at some of the cli commands and help screens, followed by creating a new solution and a few projects all referenced together.


(I have no idea why at 2:24 when I ran it magically created a sln for me, that must be a new feature? It tripped me up later on)
