React and Typescript for Beginners

Want to get started with React and Typescript? In this session I'll walk you through building a little app. What will you get out of it?

You'll see how to get started on a brand new app.
Get a beginner's introduction to React, including how to make components, and use some basic hooks.
You will get a beginner's introduction to Typescript.

Speaker Bio
Eric is Director of Software Development for Muv, officer of this Users Group, and former coding instructor. He is the author of a mostly out-of-date book, Mobile ASP.NET MVC 5. When not coding, he likes to read, study history, Bible, and dead languages, think a lot about teaching, and play Minecraft with the kids.
