Excel में Find And Replace Command का प्रयोग किसी भी Text या Number को सर्च कर बदलने के लिये किया जा सकता है, Excel में Find And Replace बहुत पावरफुल Command है, केवल Text या Number ही नहीं Cell Formatting से भी Excel में किसी भी Cell को Find किया जा सकता है, इस वीडियो में आप सीखेंगे एक्सेल में फाइंड और रिप्लेस - Find And Replace in Excel (Hindi).

For using Find commands Steps:-
--Excel में किसी भी Cell में लिखेे Text या Number को Find करने के लिये Keyboard Shortcuts है Ctrl+F इससे एक Dialog Box ओपन होगा यहां सर्च बाक्‍स दिखाई देगा
--जिस Text या Number को सर्च करना चाहते हैं उसे Find What में टाइप करें
--अगर Text या Number पूरी Workbook में या सभी शीटों में खोजना है तो Within ड्रापडाउन मेंन्‍यू में से Workbook को सलेक्‍ट करें
--अब एक-एक करके सर्च करने के लिये Find Next बटन पर क्लिक करें
--एक साथ सभी Text या Number को सर्च करने के लिये Find All पर क्लिक करें
For using Replace commands Steps:-
--अब अगर आप Find किये हुए Text को Replace करना चाहते हैं तो Replace Tab पर क्लिक करें
--यहां Find what में वह शब्‍द लिखे तो आपको बदलना है
--Replace With में वह शब्‍द टाइप करें जिससे आप पुराने शब्‍द को बदलना चाहते हैं
--इसके बाद अगर आप केवल एक शब्‍द को बदलना चाहते हैं तो Replace बटन को प्रेस करें और अगर आप सभी शब्‍दों को एक साथ बदलना चाहते हैं तो Replace All बटन पर क्लिक करें
