Milirats debug test thingy

There's only one unit so far, Lil Whisker.

I can manage multiple units at once, both sides can have their bases damaged and also have their units defeated
Medkits (no sprite so far) fly towards the weakest unit
The "extra funds" system works, I can click that placeholder button (I know) in the top right corner or by just pressing space

Do hashtags even work?
