This tutorial shows how to program a part in Fusion 360 CAM using a 3/16" single flute cutter to cut a part out of 0.25" 6061 aluminum on a Pro4848 CNC router from Avid CNC with 3hp spindle. Fusion 360 CAM things shown are: creating a setup, creating a 3D adaptive toolpath , creating 2D contour toolpaths to finish bearing holes, creating 2D contour toolpaths to separate a part from supporting material, copy and paste in something from a CAM template and many other Fusion 360 CAM things. Additionally feeds and speeds resources are shown that can be accessed by FRC team 3322 members. Cycle time for this part is about 4 minutes.
