Keynote: Audrey Tang, Open is a global citizen’s responsibility

Session Description
As the youngest minister without portfolio in Taiwanese history, Tang was quoted as saying, “My existence is not to become a minister for a certain group, nor to broadcast government propaganda. Instead, it is to become a “channel” to allow greater combinations of intelligence and strength to come together.” In this session, Tang will talk about her legendary homeschooling experience. What are the achievements and challenges of the “g0v” (open government) project and vTaiwan initiative? Also, Tang will talk about her point of view on the UN’s SDGs, OER recommendations, and how a global citizen should respond to it.
