Even the in most streamlined, best setup Jira Service Management instance tickets can end up in the wrong spot. Simple requests, like adding someone to a system or unlocking an account, suck up agents time, preventing them from handling bigger, more critical things.
Fortunately that will start to become less common with updates like Atlassian Intelligence's AI Agent. This tool guides customers through the ticket creation flow, and can also take some action to support them. This both reduces the risk of tickets being mis-filed, but also deflects some lower-level tickets, saving valuable time.
This feature is now live for all Premium or Enterprise Atlassian Cloud subscribers, ask your Atlassian Admin for more info!
