Exploring the mouse brain using the MACS® Deep Clearing Kit and 3D Immunofluorescence Antibodies

A high-resolution 3D dataset of an entire mouse brain was captured using the UltraMicroscope Blaze™ Light Sheet System. The brain tissue was cleared with the MACS Deep Clearing Kit, enabling enhanced clearing, immunostaining, and imaging. The sample was stained with Tyrosine Hydroxylase Antibody, Vio® G570 (yellow), and Neurofilament Antibody, Vio 780 (magenta). These markers together provide a detailed view of the brain's structure.
