HL2: Wars code progress 10

Various small updates.
Implemented a simple tech tree. This allows things like upgrades. In this video the tier1 upgrade is featured.
HUD changes. The info box (when hovering your mouse on an ability) now only shows the related requirements. Also shows a list of requirements from the tech tree. For example the antlionguard requires the "tier1" upgrade.
Support for teams.
Antlion workers can now build the "antlion minihive" (temporary model in the video).
