Completing the Square (example 3... with fractions) ... MathWOEs

A third worked out example of solving a quadratic equation by completing the square. This one is a bit of work (especially with some cumbersome fractions), and it all comes out nicely in the end with no radicals.

For those who are paying attention, this problem could be solved much sooner by "factoring using the AC method" to get the same final answers.
