SEO Analysis - Texas Direct Roofing

Hey Ryan, it's Jeremy Ashburn with Pushleads, and I help businesses get more leads with less struggle or frustration. I'm making a quick video to show you what I'm seeing for you guys. I'm not sure if you're doing SEO or Google Ads, but it looks like you're doing some marketing.

Quick little take about me: I've been doing SEO for about 15 years and have been full-time with my own agency for 13 years. I'm based out of Western North Carolina, have about 30-35 clients, and have been doing this primarily full-time for 13-14 years.

I just wanted to let you know that you have a beautiful site, really well designed. You've got testimonials and keywords on there. I did a quick comparative analysis from an SEO perspective, and everybody is doing super well here. Your overall reputation is 13, and your homepage reputation is 11. That's awesome.

When I looked at some of the competitors at the top of Google for some of the terms you're showing up for, like roofing companies in Texas, I saw that you essentially have a higher reputation and higher everything than they do. One of them is Pro-American Rudy Roofing; these guys have less than a 1 domain reputation and an 8 homepage reputation. Peacock Roofing, also showing up, has a lower number than you. The only one I saw with slightly higher numbers was Stonewater Roofing. You've got a 13 and 11; they've got an 11 and 15. They have 90 other websites connecting to them, and you've got 53.

This blue line here indicates whether you're doing SEO. You might be working with an SEO company right now; I see you've gone from 25 to 53 other websites connecting to you, but it still doesn't look like there's a lot of SEO happening. The unfortunate thing about SEO is that many companies don't do any work. I'm not sure what's happening in your situation, but I did a competitive analysis with your searches and added a section.

I added 124 searches into SEMrush, which tracks where you are in Google. Based on the searches I added, it looks like the BBB (Better Business Bureau) and Yelp have between 9 to 13% of the market, and you have around 3 to 5%. From an overall perspective, you have about 3% of the market. You have one search keyword at the top of Google, three searches on Google's first page (not at the top), and 28 searches on Google's second through third page. There are many searches on Google's third through tenth page.

Specifically, there might be other terms besides these 124 searches, but I'm seeing that your company name is at the top. The first roofing term I'm seeing is "Roof Leak Repair Southlake," and you're at the bottom of Google's first page for this term, which has no searches. Some of these other terms don't have any traffic either. For example, "roofing companies Garland, Texas" has 30 searches a month, and you're on Google's fourth page for it. You're also on Google's fourth page for "roofing company Garland" and Google's fifth and seventh pages for "roofing companies in Texas." It doesn't look like there are many terms at the top of Google for you guys locally, so it doesn't seem like there's much SEO happening. If there is, it might be minimal, or they might not be connecting the websites to yours.

Your overall reputation numbers are almost as high as the highest competitor, and you're not really showing up at the top of Google for many terms, but you're showing up on Google's second page for different searches. Usually, within 30 to 90 days, we can move many of these searches to the top and start driving more traffic to you and growing your business.
