An LLM at home. Running deepseek-r1 with ollama on Windows 11

With all the hubbub surrounding AI and the various models it was time to put together a short tutorial on how to run it at home. You will need a decent amount of RAM and a somewhat new video card to make it work decently.

The set up I am running this on has 32GB RAM, an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070 and an AMD Ryzen 9 5900X 12 CORE CPU.
