This is the opening sequence from the 1988 sci-fi tokusatsu film, Mirai Ninja (known in the west as Cyber Ninja) which was the directorial debut of future GARO creator and Choujin Sentai Jetman director Keita Amemiya as well as being based on an arcade game by Namco.
