We are talking quite literally trillions of data points a day, from billions of people a day, on millions of websites, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, and with dozens of data points per each user every minute

When someone says that they don’t trust Facebook
And someone claims that they’re going to be smarter than Facebook
When people try to outsmart the machine
It means they are smarter than Ness

There is no one on the face of the planet who could in anyway come close to the power of the machine learning an artificial intelligence that Facebook uses every day to test and deliver dynamically improving user experiences for the customer base

What is this matter?

Because your job is to be a tool of that improvement and change, and utilize that for positive business objectives
