This webinar takes you through the basics of creating Snippets in 12d Model, then moves on to some slightly more complicated aspects of Snippets.

What is a Snippet?
• A Snippet is a collection of MTF modifiers saved to an external file, that can then be inserted into an MTF as a single command.
• Snippets enable such things as carriageways, kerbs & kerb transitions, driveways, turning lanes, etc., to be a single entry in the MTF, thus reducing the size of the MTF and enhancing its readability.
• Values to be used inside the snippet are specified by the user each time the snippet is placed. This makes Snippets more flexible than Templates.
• Snippets can be reused over and over again.
