Keynote to Highlight Text for Final Cut -- Also works with iMovie

Recently someone on the Facebook Final Cut Users group asked for help with highlighting text in Final Cut Pro. I suggested using Keynote for the task. This video is a result of his request because he said he couldn't find a YouTube video showing how to do what he wanted.

This is a very easy task in Keynote. It only requires creating one slide and converting it to a movie clip. That movie clip can be easily imported into Final Cut Pro or iMovie.
